Terms of use

Udayy is a free education service operated by KarmSakha Limited. By using the site you agree to these terms. We keep them short and in plain language on purpose.

Using Udayy

  • Reading lessons, viewing chapters and practising questions is free and needs no account.
  • An account is optional and only adds progress, bookmarks and practice history.
  • You may study, print and share our pages with classmates, teachers and family.
  • You may not scrape the site at scale, resell our material, or republish it as your own without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Accounts for younger students should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your profile, progress and practice history.

Accuracy of content

Every published lesson names the syllabus or textbook it follows and the reviewer who approved it. We still make mistakes. Udayy is a study aid — it is not a substitute for your board's official syllabus, prescribed textbooks or your teacher's instructions. Please report anything that looks wrong from the report link on any lesson.

Copyright and takedown

Curriculum documents, textbook titles and board names belong to their respective owners. We reference them for study purposes and cite the source. If you hold rights to material you believe is used incorrectly, write to us and we will review and remove or correct it promptly.

No warranty, no liability for study outcomes

The service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for examination results or decisions taken based on material on this site.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will note the change on this page. Continuing to use Udayy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
